He is an Italian fashion designer and the founder of the Valentino brand and company. Right back when Valentino was in Primary School, he became interested in fashion design. It was not until 1959 that with the backing of his parents, that he returned to Italy to set up on his own. Valentino has had an amazing career and his fashion designs are world over famous and well known. Valentino is well known to be a dog lover. As with most successful fashion designers, it was not long before Valentino turned his successful hand to fragrances.
