Product Description ------------------- Dr. Oetker bright red gel food colour can be used to achieve pastel red or bright red colour in cakes, icings and dessert recipes. The innovative gel format allows you to achieve pastel or vibrant colour with the easy to dose tube, drop by drop. Each tube can colour 24 bright cupcakes or 200 pastel cupcakes. Unlike conventional liquid food colour, gel food colours will not affect the consistency of your icing.
